What is Cynchrony?

Cynchrony is an interview and assessment readiness platform from Mirai Gen Private Limited, Hyderabad. Is Cynchrony free?

Yes, it is free to start: students sign up with email and can practise on the Free plan. Paid credit plans add more mock interview time, and AI-assisted coding rounds are included in every plan. Colleges and training centres get plans by proposal.

What is an AI-assisted coding round?

You restate the problem, cover inputs, outputs and edge cases, choose the data structures and plan the approach. The AI then writes code from your plan, and you review, fix and submit it. You are graded on your thinking, not just on whether the code compiles.
