Cynchrony is an interview and assessment SaaS platform built for students, freshers, and institutions across India. We build software that helps people practice the interviews and assessments they are actually going to face — round by round, company by company, role by role.
The Company
Cynchrony is operated by Mirai Gen Private Limited — a DPIIT-recognised startup incorporated in October 2024 and based in Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana. We also build tools that help institutions run, manage, and scale placement preparation at batch level.

Every year, hundreds of thousands of students in India clear the written rounds — AMCAT, TCS NQT, Infosys Hackwithinfy — and then fail the interview.
Not because they do not know the answers. Because they have never actually practised giving them under pressure.
Most students prepare by reading questions from PDFs, watching YouTube walkthroughs, and mentally rehearsing answers they have never spoken aloud. When they sit across from an interviewer and the follow-up question arrives — a question no PDF prepared them for — they freeze.
The interview is not a test of what you know. It is a test of how you perform when someone is watching.

Our Philosophy
Why We Focus Only on Interviews and Assessments
The career tech space is cluttered with platforms that try to do everything — job portals, resume builders, skill courses, networking tools, employer dashboards. Most of them do none of it particularly well.
We made a deliberate choice to build one thing and build it well: a simulation environment for interviews and assessments.
That focus means our product roadmap is tight. Our content is specific. Our feedback is structured around the actual evaluation criteria that companies use. And our institutional tools are designed around the real workflow of a placement cell — not a generic LMS or a repurposed HR tool.
